Hi. I’m Kevin Joseph, a freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I’m from Darien, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. I plan on majoring in computer science, and I might add a dual major or a certificate in mathematics. Some of my hobbies include playing chess and playing the trumpet.
I decided to participate in this study abroad program because I enjoy traveling to new locations. Before this program, I have visited Canada, India, Mexico, and Spain. I think that Ireland would be a good place to visit because it has an interesting culture and history. I also found this program to be convenient because it gives me the opportunity to study abroad before I start the fall term of my freshman year of college. As a result, I could make new friends before the school year starts, and I could study abroad without losing the experience of living at Madison’s campus during the school year.
